Preparation of Schematic Designs, as well as Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Building services drawings, were conducted by the Consultant with the necessary modifications made. Drafting of Tender documents and BOQs. Certifying Interim payments & final payments. Oversight of Construction activities and all related tasks tied to Project Management.
The project consists of construction of a 3 storied factory building steel structure with portal frames at Flinth Commercial Park (Pvt) Ltd at Ranmuthugala, Kadawatha. The building consists of a production area at level -3.6, warehouse, office block, social block with lunch & sanitary facilities at +1.8 level. A finish goods area with transit floor at a lower level than rest of the building at level -5.25 due to the nature of the topography of the site. The building is fully Air-conditioned with areas carrying out different production functions such as cutting rolls, printing, warehouse & finish goods area at different elevations.

The bank is a 3 storied building of 17,000 sq.ft floor area with a basement in reinforcement concreted.
Refurbishment work was done by demolishing the bank building & constructed new one at the same location.

Marandagahamula Branch of People’s Bank is a two storied building located along the main road. The entire interior was done by us and new items to suit the present day requirements like Teller machines, money deposit machines were added.
